We really love the Columbian medium roast from WBC, but thought we’d try the light roast for something different. All I can say is “wow!” This is now our new favorite bean. The flavor has a sweet, bright, fresh taste, yet still has the caffeine kick. We think that the lighter roast really makes the bean flavor sing. Thanks, y’all!
